She is affectionately known as The Communications Chic. Due to her love of word usage and the powerful influence of communication she personifies the Bible scripture Proverbs 18:21 (NIV) The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

TaVia Wooley-iles is a Business owner, and Executive Director of a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles County CA, she is most proud of being a woman who deeply believes in empowering women who are the backbone to our communities. When she is not doing all things empowering and communications, she can be found loving on her family. She is a wife to Daniel (11 years and counting) and a mom to many children, 4 plus 3 angel babies. Her free time is spent homeschooling her three youngest children, movie nights with her husband, crafting, being creative and running around town with her kids and attending their recreational activities.

Tavia is the owner and principal of Tavia W. Iles Communications LLC a Strategic Communication agency that provides comms services to entrepreneurs, businesses and non-profit organizations, optimizing their reach through innovative and authentic strategies. She is the Executive Director of the EmpowerTHEM Collective, an organization committed to empowering the community in Leadership development, Advocacy through public policy and Economic empowerment.
